We are now seeking a position as an Senior Business Analyst, who will handle the following, key responsibilities:

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team
- Identify and solve weaknesses within the organization
- Planning and monitoring
- Financial modelling
- Variance analysis, pricing and reporting
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
- Have minimum 7 years' experience handling HORECA
- Willing to be placed in Semarang and willing to travel overseas
- Has experience in managing business and product development
- Fluent in English
