Qualifications:

- University degree (Business, Marketing or related)
- **Min 3-year experience in an Outsourcing company or related**:

- Proven business development/sales track record
- Strong critical thinking and data-driven is a must
- Willing to learn new things
- Fast response, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Social Media Savvy and know the business objective for each social platform
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Smart & driven to work in a fast-growing company
- **Willing to work from the office in Bekasi Timur area**

Job desc:

- Identify and research potential Clients for Panggilin
- Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies
- Maintain good relationships with clients and partners
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
- Provide report and data analyst
