**What does day-to-day look like?**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products/services according to client needs
- Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and proactively address any issues or concerns
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and client satisfaction metrics
**What does amazing look like?**
- Open to all majors, minimum have 1-3 years experience on business development
- Proven track record in client relationship management and upselling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)
