**What does day-to-day look like?**
- Manage relationships with payment partners; focusing on VJI completeness
- Manage existing payment business & partnership compliance
- Identify & establish new partnerships
- Manage relationship & performance of strategic alliances
- Manage existing collaborations with partners for BL & NVs
- Coordinate & collaborate marketing & communication activities
**What does amazing look like? **
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in business development or partnership
- Proven track record in partner management
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to conduct monitoring, reporting, identify issues and develop mitigation plan
- Experience with MS Office
