DESIGNATION : Senior Cloud Infrastructure Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership (A)- Help Lead to Deliver Project and BAU quality and in time.-
- Follow standards and best practices for Product Redis and Kafka and continuously improve it.- Customer Service (B)- Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations.- Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA- Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS, Operations, AppSup on day-to-day issues and problems.- Operational Management (C)- Help Lead to Determine team goals, setup plan and organize the action plans for the team to achieve.- Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requests- Perform Redis and Kafka configuration changes needed as per business requirement- Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA- Relationship Management (D)- Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations.- Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS and Operations on day-to-day issues and problems.- Good Corporate Governance (E)- Monthly review of the team compliance to the outlined procedures, rules and policies.- Makesure All Access and Changes at Production Area used PAMQUALIFICATIONS
- Qualifications- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering- Have Knowledge for Cloud Provider(AWS/GCP/Azure/etc)- Having experience in Confluent Cloud and SaaS Redis will be advantages- Having Confluent Cloud or Redis Certification will be advantages- Good Communication Skill- Skills and Abilities**Non-technical**
