**HHP Law Firm** is one of the leading law firms in Indonesia, with more than three decades of local experience. As a member of Baker & McKenzie International, we frequently collaborate with other member firms around the world to deliver seamlessly integrated solutions across borders and practices.

We are currently seeking a **Senior Collections Specialist** who will be responsible for providing Collection Operations Support in a cordial and courteous manner. The details of the tasks are as follows:

- Liaise with Collections staff, partners, management and other staff as appropriate to ensure that all receivables are followed up in a timely manner in accordance with the Firm's standardized best practice.
- Minimize risks surrounding long outstanding debts with the aim of avoiding write-downs, write-offs and bad debts.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable balances on a regular basis, for any aged accounts for status, write-off threshold, and credit balance.
- Prepare any necessary forms to complete approved credit adjustments, write-downs and write-offs for clients as a result of the Accounts Receivable review process.
- Ensure the status of all invoices is updated in the system to allow for categorization of outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks and work responsibilities in order to meet agreed objectives.
- Consider the impact of recommendations when making decisions or resolving problems.

Applicants must have the following qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or any other relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- At least seven years' work experience in a similar position
- Previous experience working in a professional service environment.
- General understanding of accounting or finance principles as well as specific law firm or professional service accounting structure, environment and requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft literate, like Excel and Word)
- Keen attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demand, including learning new skills when required.
- Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way and be sensitive to audience diversity.

A degree of tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and handling sensitive issues.

a) A soft copy of permanent academic record, licenses and certificate of degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
