**Job Deskripsi**
1. Community Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs, priorities, and
aspirations of local communities. Engage with community members, leaders, and stakeholders to gather
insights and feedback, ensuring that development initiatives are responsive to local realities.
2. CSR Program Development: Design, implement, and manage CSR programs and initiatives that address
identified community needs and priorities. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and
stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that deliver meaningful benefits to local
communities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, government
agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Facilitate dialogue, collaboration, and partnership-building efforts to
ensure that CSR programs are inclusive, participatory, and aligned with community interests.
4. Sustainable Development Integration: Integrate sustainable development principles into community
development strategies and CSR programs. Consider environmental, social, and economic factors to promote
resilience, equity, and long-term sustainability in our interventions.
5. Impact Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks
to assess the impact of CSR programs on local communities. Collect and analyze data to measure outcomes,
identify successes and challenges, and inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports and updates for
internal and external stakeholders.
6. Capacity Building: Provide training and capacity-building support to community members and local
organizations to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Empower communities to actively
participate in decision-making processes and take ownership of development initiatives.
7. Advocacy and Communication: Advocate for the importance of CSR and sustainable development both
internally and externally. Communicate the objectives, activities, and achievements of CSR programs to
stakeholders, fostering transparency, trust, and accountability.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Community Development, Social Work, International

More than 5 years in experience dealing with extractive industry external/ community
relations or similar.
