**Job Deskripsi**
Role Summary & Responsibility : As a Senior Stakeholder Relations Analyst, he/she will be responsible for identifying and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and other interest groups. His/her ability to build relationships, facilitate dialogue, and foster collaboration will be crucial in promoting positive stakeholder engagement and advancing the company's objectives. Additionally, his/her skills in management, conflict resolution, and understanding of relevant laws and regulations will contribute to our effectiveness in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Stakeholder Identification and Engagement: Identify and prioritize key stakeholders relevant to the company's operations and objectives. Develop strategies for engaging with stakeholders through various channels, including meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and engagement. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to facilitate dialogue, address concerns, and build mutual trust and understanding.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts and addressing disputes between the company and stakeholders. Employ strong management and resolution skills to navigate disagreements and find mutually acceptable solutions.
- Collaboration and Partnership Development: Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with stakeholders to advance shared goals and objectives. Cultivate strategic alliances and coalitions toleverage resources, expertise, and support for company initiatives.
- Stakeholder Feedback and Analysis: Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development. Analyze stakeholder perspectives, concerns, and priorities to identify opportunities for improvement and address emerging issues.
- Training and Capacity Building: Provide training and support to internal teams on effective stakeholder engagement practices. Build internal capacity to understand stakeholder needs and expectations, and integrate stakeholder feedback into decision-making processes..

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science,
International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- More than 5 years in experience dealing with extractive industry external/ community
relations or similar.
- Proven experience in stakeholder relations, public affairs, community engagement, or
related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and problem-solving.
