**Responsibilities**:
You have 5+ years of social media and content management experience, with a knack for identifying new topics and trend.

Write original and innovative copy, edit and proofread content for all communications materials. Communication materials entails communication on online/offline channels and for internal and external stakeholders

Conduct thorough research on, products, competitors, and target audiences to ensure accurate and compelling messaging

Collaborate with other marketing team and creative team to craft the unique voice of Paper id

Alongside other marketing collaborators, continuously test, measure, and optimise copy based on performance metrics

Stay updated on marketing trends and platform best practices to ensure our copy is fresh and effective

**Requirements**:
5+ years of experience working on the brand or agency side

Proficiency in Indonesia and English writing.

Expertise in identifying social trends across all social media platforms

Experience in creating highly engaging top-notch content

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

A solid point of view and an open mind to work together and collaborate as a team
