Job Description

1. Responsible of CS and PS Core and Act as leader for strategic design, parameter baseline design and feature trial till rollout.

2. Support team to do troubleshooting in daily task, Have ability to join with team for complex case analysis and solution provide.

3. Familiar with CS Core and PS Core equipment and IMS, 5G, Volte, E2E network architecture.

Requirement

1. Excellent understanding on using Smartcare analysis and data processing

2. Familiar with volte, and Ericson MSC, MGW, Roaming analysis,

3. Good on High Level (CXO) Presentation

4. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering

5. Excellent English and communication skills

6. Customer service orientation

7. Strong problem solving skills

8. Willing to work under pressure and deadline

9. 24/7 Reachable for urgent matter

10. Faster on delivery of customer requirement

11. More than 5 years' work in CS core experience
