- Position Summary
**Purpose**
- To to solve a range of challenging asset integrity management especially on Material and Corrosion engineering related, on behalf of clients, and delivering cost effective and value adding solutions for Material and Corrosion engineering.
- Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of work based on client agreed scopes, internal projects and also a role in developing proposals/tenders.

Functions
- ESSENTIAL
- Provide support, analysis includes Pressure Systems Integrity Management / Corrosion and compliance activities
- Ensure projects are performed in accordance with industry codes/standards, legislation, accreditation, and Oceaneering or Client policies/procedures.
- Provide technical supervision for Material and corrosion engineering discipline, designating work and quality standards where applicable to engineers within their technical capabilities.
- Review failure mechanism, ECDA / ICDA / SCCDA, corrosion management control strategy(ies)
- Perform Fitness for Services and life extension
- Conduct and manage the risk-based assessment process on behalf of the client, and effectively interact with multi-disciplinary RBA or other process groups
- Input to the production and ongoing management of the asset Annual Inspection Plans and client planning process compliance for corrosion monitoring activities
- Assist with corrosion input to asset Turnaround (TAR) programmes
- Producing pipework inspection workscopes and workpacks
- Asset lead for corrosion, including recommendations from inspection anomalies and failures
- Undertake or co-ordinate failure investigations into material and corrosion issues in accordance with prescribed or approved failure investigation procedures
- Recommend changes in corrosion criticality analyses and monitoring/inspection programmes where appropriate
- Assessment of significant trends from surveys and Corrosion and Chemical Control Matrices
- Write accurate and concise reports or documents.
- Preparation of proposals, tenders, presenting to clients and case studies.
- Promote the use of innovative methods or specialist technology in order to optimize engineering efficiency and ensure Oceaneering take the initiative in all Material and corrosion engineering matters in order to consider available options or opportunities that could enhance efficiency, and/or safety or decrease costs, to the benefit of Oceaneering or clients.
- Support Line Manager in technical delivery and cost management including budgets/forecasting.
- Some travel may be necessary e.g. client premises, site visits as required.

**Qualifications**:
- REQUIRED
- Indonesia Narionality
- Experienced in ECDA, ICDA & SCC and corrosion modelling softwares such as OLGA and ECE
- Minimum 20 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline & piping corrosion analyze and assessment with sound knowledge of relevant plant, process or production chemistry, and structural and process materials properties. Also, with extensive knowledge of oilfield corrosion mechanisms (e.g. MIC, erosion corrosion, CUI, internal/external corrosion).

- Award of professional engineer status
- NACE corrosion certification.
- API 571/580 certification
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics- Work independently and demonstrate extensive technical expertise and in-depth knowledge
- Having experience on ambiguous projects that require high levels of problem-solving.
- Knowledge of standards, risk assessments, NDT Techniques and l
