Senior Credit Analyst (Fintech P2P)

**What You Will Do**:

- Reviews customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues, while minimizing risk and maximizing credit quality.
- Ensure adherence to the laid down policies and procedures for the smooth running of the division.
- Providing valuable feedback on current procedures and policies, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Developing and implementing credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to optimize credit operations.
- Validating the collateral offered for loans to ensure its authenticity and value.
- Generating informative data reports to fulfill inquiry requirements.
Collaborating closely with relationship managers and other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in credit analysis and/or credit marketing within esteemed banking institutions in reputable banks.
- Domicile in Jakarta area (This position is Full Work From Office (WFO) and based in Menara Prima, Kuningan - Jakarta).
- Strong proficiency in credit analysis and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Prior experience in multi-finance, peer-to-peer lending, or banking industries is highly desirable.
