About The Role: We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new, renewal, and extension loans while ensuring credit quality through comprehensive analysis. You will serve as the first point of contact for loan approvals, assess collateral validity, and collaborate with various departments to enhance our service delivery. Your insights will contribute to refining our procedures and policies, ultimately driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do: Loan Recommendations: Make recommendations for new, renewal, and extension loans, including approvals and denials. Credit Quality Analysis: Analyze customer accounts and behavior to identify and evaluate potential credit quality issues, maximizing credit quality and minimizing risk. Approval Layer: Serve as the first layer for loan approvals, providing detailed recommendations on applications. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures to facilitate smooth operations within the division. Feedback on Procedures: Provide insights and recommendations on existing procedures and policies for improvement. Collateral Review: Assess the validity of collateral used in loan applications. Data Reporting: Generate data reports for inquiries as needed. Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with relationship managers and other departments to enhance service delivery. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in credit analysis within banking environments. Strong credit analysis and analytical skills. In-depth understanding of credit analysis, credit administration, policies, and risk analysis. Ability to interpret financial statements accurately. Detail-oriented mindset. Experience in multi-finance, P2P lending, or banking (bank credit analysts preferred). Residing in Jabodetabek area. WFO in Menara Prima, Kuningan - Jakarta.
