Senior Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for customer inquiries, complaints, after-sales, return visits and other operations to solve customer service needs.
- Familiar with product functions, in-depth understanding of user needs
- Provide services through online communication, support multi-business customer service needs, and provide high standards of service
- Collect and organize customer feedback and contact with customers to help them solve problems

Qualifications:
- Capable of speaking English and Indonesian, ability to speak Chinese is preferred
- More than two years of customer service or technical support work experience
- Strong communication skills and problem solving ability, able to handle problems with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong initiative and anti-stress ability, with patience
