**Overview**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative army Surplus store offering military gears and apparel in Canada, USA and Dubai. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Open to acquiring and surpassing proficiency in product knowledge.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide seamless service.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
**Qualifications**
- C1 English speakers.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be flexible with rotational shifts.
- Must have a laptop, noise cancellation headset, and a reliable internet connection.
