Senior Data Analyst

Collaborate with the business and product teams to address tactical inquiries.
- Designing and developing essential metrics, reports, and dashboards not only for monitoring purposes but also to generate actionable insights that can guide business decisions.
- Empower our key stakeholders to enhance their comprehension and analytical capabilities.
- Partner with data warehouse / data engineers to design schemas, execute data validation/quality assurance, and support data management practices.
- Assess operations for inefficiencies and pinpoint areas where you can generate, automate, and cultivate tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of analytics experience (including data collection, data analysis, and data visualization) in a technology company, preferably a startup.
- Proficiency in handling extensive and occasionally unstructured data.
- Proficient in SQL, BI Tools, Event Tracking tools, and experience with a programming language (Python or R) is preferred.
- Able to work comfortably with open-ended questions and potentially vague problem statements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals outside your domain to drive meaningful outcomes.
- Fluent in English.
