Senior Designers are responsible for creating unique and ownable designs that reflect the objectives of the creative brief while maintaining the strategic foundation of our client's brands. This role will work closely with the account team, who will support the evaluation of design options and encourage and inspire them to deliver thoughtful creative executions by providing business background and general project support. The Senior Designer will also work with all other internal Trident functions from project kick-off to completion to understand the full end-to-end process of design through production.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional growth and development.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
