**Purpose of Position**
Jiva is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a superstar track record in performance/paid-media marketing, SEO, SEM, and website marketing. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to attract farmers, micro collectors, and retailers to join our platform, and to grow our brand awareness in challenging markets. You should be a data-driven marketer, with a deep understanding of core analytics platforms, performance marketing channels/ecosystems, and website design platforms such as webflow.-
**Responsibilities**Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition of farmers, micro collectors, and retailers
-Manage performance marketing campaigns and strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, display (GDN, DV360 etc.), and social media (meta, tiktok)
-Transform branding into actionable campaigns that build a strong brand presence and increase brand recognition among our target audience
-Build strong segmentation / audiences and cohort models that optimise targeting for our paid media marketing
-Help devise and executive content strategies for SEO related marketing for our websites
Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams across Jiva to drive awareness around specific features (new and existing) or rule changes
-Utilise attribution, product analytics, marketing analytics, and website tools such as google analytics, clevertap, and webflow to measure and optimise campaign performance
-Continuously explore new marketing channels and strategies to reach our target audience in emerging markets
-Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve ROI/ROAS goals
**Competencies**Strong data analytics skills, high proficiency with excel or other data analytics platform experience is a must, SQL is a plus
-Ability to analyse campaign and web performance trends to understand effectiveness and ROI/ROAS
-Fluency with google analytics and meta analytics. Experience with CleverTap and Mixpanel is a bonus.
-Strong project management skills (planning, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering recommendations) and experience driving projects end-to-end
-Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box
-Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

-Ability to design marketing materials using Figma or similar is a plus
-Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, and strong "professional/business" English language proficiency (written and spoken)
**Qualifications & Experience**Bachelors degree in marketing / media and communications / digital media /computer science / finance / engineering or other relevant degree
-4+ years' experience running performance, SEM, SEO, and display marketing
-Experienced in driving experimentation loops (including A/B), including designing and running experiments to track improvement in ad & website conversion rates
-Experience working in start-up or agency environments with small teams. This is an executing role with limit support
**Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements**:
Improve current CAC for farmer, retailers, and micro collectors
Improve current retention rates, and size of installed user base across Jiva's products and services
