**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all operational process in e-commerce and warehouse are available, focus on data accuracy and customer satisfaction are maintained
- Determine a marketing strategy that is in accordance with the characteristics of the company's target market to increase the company's revenue both from shop operations and commercial industry.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes (stores, commercial industry & service centers) to minimize costs
operations while maintaining the level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service activities to maintain the reputation for excellence
- Managing all resources and maintain good relationships with third-party suppliers (B2B)
- Controlling product supply throughout the company's operational areas (especially stores) effectively and efficiently to improve
effectiveness of product turnover in accordance with market needs.
- Ensuring a business development strategy which includes determining potential and strategic store locations and the availability of qualified leaders
- Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans
- Prepare and implement strategic and operational plans and actions to ensure that facilities and systems, procedures, staffing, support services and capacity are available when needed and at required levels
- Improve customers loyalty and customers experience by developing meaningful relationships with top customers
**Key requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in a retails environment with leadership level experience in retails
- Bachelor's degree in business/other related field; master's degree in a business related discipline
- Must be highly knowledgeable in operations management, business acument, customer complaint management, warehouse management and budget management
- Proven experience in retail operations
- Strong project management skills and ability to complete projects on time
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
