**Responsibility**:
- New Technology Development
- New fin surface and tube side research for material reduction and higher performance
- New heat exchanger configurations research like MCHX, Oval tube, and other new coil orientation.
- New Modeling, CFD & Performance Rating Techniques
- Design / Development
- Coil Designs for NPI Projects
- Standardized Air-Side Performance Ratings & Methodology (Heat Transfer, Pressure Drop, Water Carryover)
- Standardized Tube-Side Performance Ratings & Methodology (Heat Transfer, Pressure Drop)
- Standardized Coil Component Designs & Qualification Methodology
- Standardized Fin Surface Coatings & Qualification Methodology
- Standardized Coil Design Integrity & Reliability Qualification Methodology
- Product Literature Support
- Involve benchmark related with coil.
- Computer Models & Data Files
- Responsible for development and maintenance of coil data reduction programs.
- Responsible for coil engine update and maintenance.
- Own/Maintain fin surface and tube surface data files.
- Own and share maintenance of "help" files for coil design and coil data files.
- Provide Common Mentoring Resource & Knowledge Base
**Education and/or Experience**:* Master 's degree in Fluid Dynamics, Thermo Physics and Engineering, Refrigeration, Power and Dynamic Engineering or related field; Ph.
D is preferable.
- 6+ years of working experience in field of Heat Exchanger
- Experience with coil & MCHX heat-transfer calculation
- Experience with laboratory testing and heat exchanger performance evaluation
- Experience with Excel and other commercial tool for processing test data
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
