As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years' experience in Estate Management, especially in Industrial Park for the job of Senior Estate Manager. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the industrial park, ensuring all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently. Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintenance Oversight: Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all buildings and infrastructure are in optimal condition. Budget Management: Develop and manage the estate's budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, implementing necessary procedures and protocols. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the improvement and expansion of the industrial park. Vendor Management: Oversee contracts and relationships with external service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on estate operations, financial performance, and other key metrics for senior management. Qualifications:
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in estate management, preferably in an industrial park or similar setting. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, staff, and external stakeholders. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively in various situations. Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Central Java, with an understanding of the local culture and business environment being a plus. Education: A bachelor's degree in estate management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
