**Who You'll Work With**:
- You will be part of our Global Administrationteam. This team is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative, organizational, and logístical support. They enable our colleagues and our firm to operate efficiently and fulfill its purpose to help create positive, enduring change in the world.- Based in our McKinsey office in Jakarta, you will work with executive-level consultants and partners, function leaders, peer assistants, and other colleagues mainly across Southeast Asia offices on tasks with international reach. You will support partners who are based in other offices than yours and collaborate with your team of assistants onsite in Jakarta, working in a hybrid model.**What You'll Do**:
- You'll ensure seamless support for our firm's partners and build long-term, trust-based relationships with the colleagues who depend on your administrative expertise.- See a day in the lifeof our executive assistants.**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience working at a senior level in a professional, fast-paced, and preferably corporate environment
- Experience with managing complex schedules of senior managers/executives
- University degree and/or secretarial qualification preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (C1 level - CEFR or equivalent)
- Solid administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, sense of urgency, adaptability skills, and dealing with ambiguity)
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Outstanding customer orientation and ability to professionally handle confidential and/or sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
- Ability to establish and strengthen relationships with colleagues, clients, and external vendors at all levels across the globe
