Functional responsibility
- Responsible for setting and monitoring the preparations and readiness of Company New Station /
Route for the opening and closing.
- Ensure that operations throughout Indonesia AirAsia are in compliance with ICAO regulation,
applicable DGCA regulations, OQA Policy and industry best practice standards.
Role Responsibility
- Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy.
- Adopt AirAsia's culture and follow AirAsia's desired behaviour.
- Ensure Indonesia AirAsia maintain and implement their documented policies and procedures in
- line with the OQA policy and industry best practice & standards.
Functional Duties
Assist the OQA Manager in developing and maintaining contact with authorities, organizations
and other airlines (including AOCs within AirAsia and AirAsia X Group) to ensure the
department's operations are in compliance with legislative requirements, established principles
and standards.
- Facilitate, monitor and collect all related documents from related stakeholder within IAA for the
preparation and readiness on opening / closing the station / route.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate and/or monitor all activities related to stakeholder within
IAA for the preparation and readiness on opening / closing the station / route.
- Update and report to Head of OQA for any progress and obstacles experienced during the
process of preparation and readiness on opening / closing the station / route.
- Administer a complete report to the OQA Manager anytime the preparation process is completed.
- Ensure Management of Change is in place for Indonesia AirAsia.

- Having experience minimum 2 years at the same role
- At least 1-year experience in administering and involved in the preparation and readiness of
opening / closing station / route.
- Having good management and communication skills
