**Responsibilities**:
- Smooth Sailing of Financial Statements: Set sail on monthly financial statement preparations, navigating with precision, accountability, and timeliness.
- Statutory Reporting Navigator: Chart the course for quarterly and annual statutory reports, expertly guiding stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and creditors.
- Financial Analysis Navigator: Skillfully analyze monthly financial statements, uncovering hidden treasures and presenting insightful analysis to our Management team.
- Regulatory Compliance Captain: Safeguard compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring our ship sails in the right direction.
- Steering Internal Controls: Plot a course for continuous improvement of internal control compliance, guiding our team toward even greater efficiency.
- Automating for Smooth Sailing: Work proactively with our technology team and other functions to enhance our accounting system, setting the stage for automation and simplicity.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting Maestro: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, setting a strong foundation for your financial symphony.
- Voyage Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in accounting and the airline industry, proving your mettle in the field.
- Fluent in Finance: Masterful command of English, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, ensuring seamless navigation and collaboration.
- Crew Player and Solo Sailor: Proven ability to work as a team player and as an individual contributor, adeptly navigating various responsibilities.
