Senior Export Sales Manager - Wood

Their vision is to become world class company that grows with society and is the pride of our country and to create continuous growth in the natural resources based industry that adds value to all stakeholders through good governance.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs- Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading- Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors- Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements- Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements- Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations- Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback- Address customer inquiries and complaints- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations**Key Requirements**:- Proven experience in export business, preferably in wood pallet industry- Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements- Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics- Has extensive knowledge in export to Europe countries.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationships**Call for Action
