- Q_ualification:_
- _Minimum_ B_**_achelor's Degree_**_ in _**_Accounting major_**:
- _Minimal working experience 5 years in related field; preferred h_ave experience as cost accountant / cost control minimum 3 years._
- _F_luent in English both oral and written._
- _Strong quantitative, analytical, and data gathering competency._
- _Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills._
- _Keen and quick to understand and deal with business situations (risks and opportunities)._
- _Willing to be located at South Jakarta_
- Responsibility:_
- _Preparing Report Incoming Order and Order Backlog_
- _Manage timely month end closing process relate to Financial report in local ERP (include forecast and budgeting according to group controlling time table in SAP BO Consolidation)_
- _Analysis and explain of monthly Financial report to Group/Division controlling and Head business operation_
- _Ensure financial reporting following latest group reporting structure and procedure_
- _Prepare, monitor, and analysis monthly income statement and balance sheet_
- _Project controlling, analysis, and follow up (deviation from budget, margin analysis, etc.)_
- _Further development in current system to maximize it for support financial reporting in SAP BO or local financial requirement_
- _Inventory controlling and Fixed Asset management_
- _Follow up and develop reporting for Service center (Workshop)_
- _Business partnering with Service center manager_
- _Being counterpart of external auditor regarding financial audit_
- _Preparing any adhoc report for project manager/sales, workshop manager, controller, and other stakeholders_
- _Participating stock opname and asset opname yearly _
