Senior Finance Manager - Corporate Real Estate

This position is a single contributor role and to be placed in its one of its property facilities (global bank).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive strategic planning, monthly financial outlook and annual budgeting process
- Identify opportunities and deep dive on real estate strategy for the bank
- Work collaboratively with functional partners (Capital Projects, Real Estate, and Facilities Management) to support the execution of business plans by providing financial insights and ensuring the financial impact in line with the plan
- Establish relationship and close alignment with Financial controller to ensure compliance of the financial reporting with the adopted accounting GAAP and financial policies
- Manage relationship with Regional Finance team
- Prepare business presentation whenever necessary

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor from reputable university with accounting/finance as principle
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance. Experience in Property/Real Estate would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills are required
- Good analytical skills and able to demonstrate critical thinking.
- Energetic, result oriented and willing to go extra mile for common goals
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English both speaking and writing
