If you are challenged to:
- Develop ideas for new game prototype to reach intended Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Develop ideas for new content, gameplay, and progression systems in the existing game throughout the player life-cycle to reach KPI
- Iterate existing features and Live Ops based on data and research to improve its KPI
- Execute the design ideas into production and work together with other parties to make sure the content and features are delivered to the highest quality
- Work together with level designers to set the player life-cycle and experience throughout the game
- Take part in internal and external playtests, communicate with testers, and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain documentation related to features, live-ops, changelogs, and iteration result
**Qualifications**
If you are having these qualifications:
- 4 years of game development experience in designing mobile games
- Up to date with current mobile game industry trends
- Active player of a casual mobile game
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Excellent knowledge in F2P mobile game design, economy, live-ops, and KPIs
- A data-oriented person to analyze and iterate levels based on real data
