**Informasi Lowongan****Tipe Pekerjaan****Remote/On-site****Fungsi Pekerjaan**Hubungan Masyarakat, Hukum / Korporasi**Jenjang Karir**Supervisor**Job Deskripsi**- Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and government entities at the National level while at the same time establish and nurture relationships with key government officials including from MEMR, MoEF, BKPM and other relevant departments.- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders to advocate for the company's interest while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Represent the company's interests in meetings, workshops, forums and negotiations with government stakeholders.- Analyze proposed legislation and regulatory changes to assess potential implications and providere commendations to the company/internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.- Facilitate the permitting process for mining operations, including securing exploration permits, mining licenses, environmental permits and other regulatory approvals.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including environmental standards, land use regulations, and safety protocols.- Develop strategic government relations plan aligned with the company's objectives and priorities.- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on government relations issues and potential risks or opportunities.- Provide regular updates and reports to SEA manager and Govrel Manager on government relations activities and regulatory developments.- Identify opportunities for engagement to advance the company's interests, including participation in industry associations.**Persyaratan****Tingkat Pendidikan**S1**Jurusan Pendidikan**Semuanya**Minimal Pengalaman**5 tahun**Deskripsi Persyaratan**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, SocialScience, or a related field.
