By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end to end.**The Role**:The Senior Graphic Designer must assume responsibility for the creative output of Intrepid Indonesia, maintaining standards for all communications and the Intrepid brand integrity through effective management of our design team.**Your Responsibilities will include**:- Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements, while adhering to brand standards.- Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency and uniformity.- Generate and implement good creative assets that drive customer engagement, plus collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within deadlines and meeting client expectations.- Strong branding concept and proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.- Utilizing AI (Artificial Intelligence) in video creation is a plus.**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite- Have experience producing animation banners (motion graphics, gif)- Can work with a team & fast learner- Aware of updated design trends with good problem-solving skills- Comfort with high numbers of banner production- Strong logical thinking- Creatively twisted as a designers & users- Have an agile attitude**What we offer**:- Professional and open international working environment - culturally integrating the best of all cultures to take the best of each and ensure we build an energetic, commercial, and fun working atmosphere.- You are one of the pioneers of a new and cutting-edge Intrepid product underpinned by strong tech.
