**Job Summary**

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide visual assets for marketing and business needs; ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative outputs.
We are looking for someone who can produce and oversee design projects.
To conceptualize ideas and produce something that defines the brand.
**Responsibilities And Duties**
- Interpret brief, Conceptualise, design and build visual assets to support content development applicable for different marketing communication mix; (Websites and Campaign Sites, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Online Events, Offline Prints, Content Marketing and Packaging)
- To mentor junior designers and make sure their work is of the highest quality produced.
- You pay attention to detail and can meet tight deadlines even when juggling multiple projects and managing different stakeholders.
- Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and consistency in brand visuals;
- Maintain a visual assets repository
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools and market trends, including design delivery standards and usability
- Edit and proofread a variety of content across digital channels (social, web, marketing) ensuring each concept meets style, tone and marketing message requirements as well as reflecting the overall brand
- Good understanding of the principles of Graphic Design - Layout, Combination of colors, typography, space, shape, etc.
- Assist with seasonal photoshoots including art direction, and photography

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must have
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is preferred
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Team player with a positive attitude and passion for the work they do
- A proven track record of creative idea generation and development
- An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Articulate, confident and assertive in presenting work
- A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
- Results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
- A broad understanding of using different mediums/channels to get your message across.
Skilled at telling the same story across multiple channels

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Designs or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably from the e-commerce/ digital/ fashion industry)
