**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategize, design, implement and actively manage lead generation campaigns across growth marketing channels such as Google AdWords, Display, Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, and other platforms to grow leads and maximize ROI
Set goals, KPIs and report on results and Design.
Implement and analyze A/B split tests across all channels.
Continuously optimize campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, and landing page testing
Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features) and prioritize new channels, creative concepts to test and new audiences to reach.
Work closely with the in-house team to build and improve campaign assets
Lead direct marketing acquisition, retention, and member reactivation strategies and programs with the goal of driving revenue and cultivating long-term customer relationships across all channels.
Understand deeply the lifecycle of the intended target market, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization of users.
Devise strategies to drive high-value traffic to the website and increase web visibility and conversions
Conduct weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on demand, channel, funnel, and creative performance
The Role
We are seeking a performance marketing manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in strategizing and executing B2B lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels such as Google search, display, social media, YouTube and more across Southeast Asia.
Qualification
6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and conversion
Fluent in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, and Facebook.
(certifications preferred)
Demonstrated ability to develop new advertising and campaign strategies that increase performance over time
Strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solutions
Expert with Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas, etc.)
High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-growth environment
