**Senior HR Business Partner**

**Job Summary**:
As a trusted partner toand a member of the local / regional leadership team, brings deep insight, anindependent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues. Consults with and influences senior leadersto take actions on emerging people related topics. Translates business requirements into humancapital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of HR to derive relevantHR solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Plays a key role in orchestrating andfacilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure.

**Responsibilities**
- Actas a true business partner to the country management and their leadership team,guiding on complex HR topics, providing expert consultancy and coaching inorganizational effectiveness and design as well as leadership and employeeengagement
- Ensureimplementation of Global HR Strategy in alignment with local needs, and localregulations, e.g. labor law
- Leadall regional and local HR activities in the country and help live the cultureand values of the SE organization
- Collaboratewith other HR Business Partners in Asia Pacific to drive HR initiatives cross-regional
- Providesrelevant market insights and analyses its implications on the business andpeople strategy (industries, customers, HR, people practices, etc)
- Ensureoperational excellence in the country by coordinate with HR service vendor foroperations and administration topics
- Drivediscussions related to talent management, succession planning, workforce andorganization design changes and provide recommendations
- Driveimplementation of ad-hoc HR projects in close cooperation with Center ofCompetencies
- Drivediscussions with labour union on collective bargaining negotiations (asapplicable)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years' experience as a HR BP role within a fast-paced environment
- Has a collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action
- Knowledge of local labour law and regulations
- Prior experience of having worked in a matrix organization and knows how to build trusted partnerships at all levels.
- Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
