**Responsibilities**:

- As the HR Manager, this position will report to the Senior HR Manager and be expected to support daily HR operations and administrative task.
- This role will also responsible to support HR Head Site (HRBP) when the incumbent roasted to get 2 weeks off.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Handle Expatriate Registration

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and specialist (C&B and OD) experience, in FMCG, Beauty sector.
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong process and project management skills.
