About The Role GoTo is looking for an experienced, innovative, and highly driven Senior HRIS Analyst to execute the digitalization of our end-to-end HR ecosystem in GoTo. As an experienced HRIS team member, you will be responsible for implementing HR system-related projects, managing system operations, and continuously improving our HR processes in GoTo.
This role will focus on requirement analysis, solutioning, process improvement, and system configuration of our HR system with a focus on the Workday HCM system. The role needs close collaboration with various stakeholders, providing technical advisory, recommending HR process best practices, and designing robust and scalable HR system architecture to meet evolving HR needs.
\n What You Will DoOperate and administer end-to-end Workday as our HRIS platform, serve as technical lead for Workday Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Security, and System IntegrationAct as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshoot any system issues that arises from day-to-day HR operationsPartner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, design, recommend, and implement system-driven solutionsCollaborate with technology partners (vendor, IT team) to configure and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, and integrate with other systems such as Payroll, ATS, Finance to create seamless data flowsManage user access and permissions to ensure data security and privacy complianceMonitor and audit HR data to maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity, implementing necessary corrections and preventive solutionsDeveloping, documenting, and maintaining current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and complianceProvide training to HR staff and end-users on using and familiarities with the HRIS in respective to their roles What You Will NeedStrong proficiency with Workday configuration and related HR systems (Lever, Degreed, payroll systems, integration tools, etc)Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutionsExcellent project management and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of HR policies and hands-on experience in HR processes, with the ability to integrate them into the HRISComfortable working in ambiguous situations and considering long-term operational perspectives to address user-centric needsAbility to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, and collaborate on solutions effectivelyAdvantage to have Workday HCM Certification in one of the following modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, Recruiting, Reporting
