**Human Resources Business Partner**

**Location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta**

**Responsibilities**:

- Employee performance management: develop, implement, and monitor performance management processes to ensure that employees are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Monitoring department and individual OKR: work with department managers to set and monitor OKRs, and provide support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their goals.
- Leading ISO Certification: act as the Management representative and lead the company through the ISO Certification process.
- Building Employee talent pool management,
- Designing Learning and development
- HR administrative duties such as payroll, employee records management, recruitment, other adhoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
- A relevant university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to work from the office in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
