Senior Internal Auditor

**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct internal audit to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.- Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.- Develop and audit plans, including the identification of audit objectives, scope, and methodologies.- Prepare audit findings and recommendations for management review, including practical solutions for addressing identified issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure audit practices remain current and effective.- Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a factory, service or industrial environment.- Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements.- Excellent analytic skill with the ability to identify and assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with deserve teams and stakeholders.- Proven ability to work independentlyJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuAbility to Commute:- Bekasi (Diwajibkan)
