Senior Internal Auditor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audit to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and audit plans, including the identification of audit objectives, scope, and methodologies.
- Prepare audit findings and recommendations for management review, including practical solutions for addressing identified issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure audit practices remain current and effective.
- Maintain strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a factory, service or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytic skill with the ability to identify and assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with deserve teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently
