Performing corrective and preventive maintenance support of complex IT network infrastructure
Preparing and creating firewall policy based on best practice Configure
Installing and maintaining (including upgrading if necessary) various network and security devices, including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, and APs.
Analyzing current Active Directory environment to identify both technical and operational challenges and develop solutions for improvement
Supporting the maintenance of various servers, storage and virtualization solutions running mission-critical services
Monitoring performance and ensuring system availability and reliability in IT Infrastructure (Network and Server)
