Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Ecommerce (TikTok)
- Manage relationships with external third parties in the marketplace world
- Develop and implement promotion plan and collaborations
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance
- Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates from reputable universities in related majors (Business, Management, etc)
- Must have experience in e-commerce management for **at least 2 years** (in TikTok Shop will be a plus)
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Have a good knowledge about e-commerce/marketplace systems
- Have the experience to handle the e-commerce/marketplace directly
- Beauty enthusiast, with good communication skill
- Hustler, creative and bright person
- Ready to work in a fast-paced company
