- Define the key metrics that inform the success of products

- Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to the product team
- Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, and business) in delivering product excellence.
**What You Will Need**
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.
- Strong expertise in data-driven analysis, using quantitative insights to drive product decisions and optimizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology trends, with the ability to assess and integrate emerging technologies into product strategies.
- Proficiency in user-centered design principles, collaborating closely with design teams to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, capable of envisioning and executing product roadmaps that align with overall business goals.
- Previous experience in Ads technology is a strong plus, demonstrating a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and related technologies.
