Handle the full cycle of the Learning Development process

Training Need Analysis (TNA) by collaborating with business stakeholders to implement Program

Develop and deliver training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce, including leadership development programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Identify the skills and competencies that are most important to the organization

Supervise learning development & talent management team to make magical teamwork
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, min 3 years exp in the same position

Familiar with nine-box grid & competency modules

Strong in data and excel formulas

Have good leadership and communication skill

Unique, Confident, dynamic, and enjoy working with the media process industry


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
