**About the role**
This is an exciting role requiring a strong background in curriculum and learning experience design, with a particular focus on English. You will support the design and creation of Edukita's English curriculum and learning content, and work closely with other leaders in defining the long-term pedagogical vision of Edukita.
What you will do
- Produce content and lesson materials end-to-end, from ideation to content/lesson creation, under the guidance of the Team Lead
- Execute the day-to-day operations of classes, which includes: building relationships with teacher/students in class, evaluating student participation, and answering teacher/student questions
- Support in developing a leveling framework for our English curriculum, partnering with our Team Lead
- Support in the thought partnership and execution of longer-term education specific projects focused on English (e.g. creating syllabi, building leveling frameworks, etc), updating and involving our teams as needed
- Serve as a thought partner to our Team Lead on how we can keep improving our teaching processes and curriculum, always keeping in mind what is best to drive lesson engagement and effectiveness

- Strong communication skills, especially in writing, and ability to express and break down complex topics clearly and simply
- High command of the English language
- Detail-oriented and with excellent organizational skills, whether it's for content organization or managing your own workflow

- Highly-collaborative attitude, team player, scrappy fast learner, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Passion for education and technology-based solutions in the space
- A big plus if you have experience in teacher training

The Senior Learning Experience Design (LXD) Associate will play a key role in taking this mission forward. The Associate will work together with the Team Lead (a former executive at Sekolah Cikal), Co-founders and other leaders in redefining how English could be taught to young learners, leveraging our existing curriculum.
