Senior Learning Officer

Job Description Summary:Ensure on the delivery of program that has been developed and review, evaluate and record training comprehensively.Job Description:- Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.- Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.- Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.- Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.- Document and update training records that are comprehensive.- Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool (e.g less than 15).- Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.- Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.- Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.- Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainerJob Requirement:- Min Bachelor Degree in any field- Having min 5 years of working experience in Learning Development in Palm Oil Plantation sector- Good in communication and analytical thinking- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
