About The Role Senior Learning requires experience in People & Culture and the ability to act as an independent contributor within the Learning & Development Team. A broad understanding of key domains in Learning, including Instructional Design, Doing LNA, Stakeholder & Project Management, Learning Management Systems, and Facilitating Learning Events, is essential along with a track record of consistently delivering results. The role involves identifying gaps and providing insightful recommendations independently. Additionally, conducting research to support decision-making and design across all domains, as well as critically thinking about implementing the intervention.
\n What You Will DoCan independently explain to other team members internal organizational structures and relationships among different functional groups; independently provide direction on when to properly use policies and procedures and ability to articulate the role team members play in achieving the goals of Learning & DevelopmentIndependently and proactively being able to identify patterns in data and raise relevant issues to higher-level management; conducts assessments to address problems and implements solutions within specialization; exhibits objective decision-making process supported by strong data insightsUnderstanding of Talent Learning & Development with overall learning vision, strategies and demonstrated ability in supporting the execution of strategies independently and ability to suggest alternatives proactively; participate in project teams and brainstorming processes with the intent to understand the strategic intent of all plans Manage the GoTo Learning Management System by providing analytics on its utilization, creating campaigns to enhance engagement, and monitoring learning providers and content.Able to not only identify gaps/problems, but also to design, deliver, and monitor learning intervention for GoTo; Connect with the external vendor/ internal facilitators/ become the facilitator itselfAbility to respond to routine/ predictable stakeholder concerns via written or verbal communication; understand and align stakeholder expectations, demonstrate ability to manage predictable requests independently. Demonstrated ability to pick up stakeholders' concerns and resolve conflicts or find common ground with stakeholders with conflicting interests under the manager's guidance What You Will NeedBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with at least 4 years of experience in talent development, learning, or trainingProven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholdersExperienced in designing and developing learning solutions driven by analyzing data (e.g LNA, curriculum, as well as analyzing business cases for strategic initiatives)Understand technology solutions and their application to business needs, with a passion for digitalization. Preferably already have experience handling Learning Management SystemsPreferably have experience in managing General Curriculum and Leadership Development or Talent Succession programsAbility to manage and drive innovation within the organization, with strong project/program management skillsExceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively convey strategies and plans. As well as being able to facilitate learning sessions (trainer/facilitator experience)Demonstrated passion for training, learning, upskilling, and competence development, with a willingness to help and support others.
