- and employee-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, seeks senior-level and mid-level specialists for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded Health Technical Assistance project in Indonesia (the Activity).
The goal of the Activity is to identify, recruit, hire, administer and support qualified individuals or organizations to provide short or long-term technical assistance as needed and requested by USAID Indonesia's Office of Health. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the specific field of specialty.
- Attention to detail and able to produce quality deliverables while working on competing priorities.
- Proven ability to work with technical staff and consultants, client(s), and stakeholders, including government officials, officials representing non-governmental organizations, the for
- profit business community, and members of the donor community.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent writing ability in English.
- Experience in Indonesia.
**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge of public health field preferred.
- Experience working for organization implementing technical assistance programs and/or for USAID preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite required; experience with other software, particularly data management software, desirable.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
**Position: Chief of Party/Sr. HR Director**
- Provide overall technical direction and leadership of the Activity to achieve its goals and objectives.
- Supervise staff performing HR, contracting, recruitment, and logistics & travel functions; provide training and coaching as necessary in all aspects of the HR and operations function.
- Ensure proper staff and consultant recruitment and management.
- Oversee a range of operations and HR management functions including employee and subcontractor/partner relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits and compensation.
- Collaboratively problem
- solve with the funder, partners and stakeholders and provide creative and responsive plans to address specific needs.
- Professional experience which shows progressively increasing responsibility in operations and human resource management is required for this position.
- Experience leading USAID funded contracts strongly preferred.
**Position: Budget & Finance Manager**
- Manage budgeting, financial management, monitoring, and reporting, and other general finance and accounting functions for Panagora Activity Office in Indonesia.
- Ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner and that invoices agree with supporting documentation, including price quotes, purchase requests, purchase orders, timesheets, and contractual documents.
- Implement and manage all field financial policies in compliance with Panagora polices, client policies, and local laws.
- Oversee cash flow in the Panagora/Indonesia Activity Office, maintain financial and administrative records, and up to date standing with all mandated tax liabilities and organization registrations.
- Knowledge of regulatory, contractual, legal, and financial compliance requirements associated with USAID funding is required for this position.
