Senior Litigation Associate

Join us to empower more businesses with technology.- Analyzing legal cases, giving opinions, and handling all legal cases involving the company.- Being the coordinator and/or representative of the company in handling cases.- Prepare documents needed both internally and externally.- Create and prepare necessary legal documents.- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users.- Represent the company to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).- Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitor compliance.- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 5-year experience.- Excellent teamwork.- Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders.
