- Analyzing legal cases, giving opinions, and handling all legal cases involving the company.
- Being the coordinator and/or representative of the company in handling cases.
- Prepare documents needed both internally and externally.
- Create and prepare necessary legal documents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and internal users.
- Represent the company to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).
- Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitor compliance.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university and having at least 5-year experience.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Excellent communication in written and oral to liaise with business stakeholders. Able to communicate in English (written and oral) would be an advantage.
- Excellent legal analytical and commercial awareness skills.
- Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances.
- Able to be proactive and take initiative.
