Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, including supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for luxury goods. Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the movement of goods. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize logistics operations. Stay updated with relevant regulations and industry trends related to logistics, luxury goods, and regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to the organization to ensure compliance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the supply chain. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics operations, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and luxury goods. Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to luxury goods, including customs regulations, import/export regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
