Lamudi is on a mission to make buying property a more pleasant experience along a professional and trustworthy process. As a property platform, we aim to not only provide the best search experience on our property portal but are enabling a wide range of network partners & property agents to work under our brand on the consumer experience from initial inquiry to buying their dream home.
Your mission is to scale this partner network across Greater Jakarta. You will build on the existing expansion playbook and refine this as you and your team expand the business. You are a jack of all trades and enjoy working in a highly competitive and complex environment. You are a natural relationship builder, enabling you and your team to become the most trusted partner for all broker partners in Greater Jakarta. You take pride in getting your teams to achieve great results and do this with down-to-earth and hands-on leadership. Management in Lamudi does not manage from high above but enjoys getting their hands dirty to meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention.
**What a day at work for you will look like**:
- You will hire, onboard, train, and develop a Broker Partnership team, tasked with managing affiliates sales partners (broker network)
- You will build and maintain relationships with key broker partners, leading your team by example, driving your team by hands-on involvement in the field
- You will conceptualize and execute events to engage with your broker partners
- You will design incentive schemes to maximize sales performance in line with your sales and margin targets
- You understand scalability can only be achieved with accurate process monitoring and sales reporting
- You will put infrastructure and systems in place to support the successful scaling of the sales function across Jabodetabek

- University degree holders from a top-tier Indonesian or foreign university
- A minimum experience of 8+ years experiences in sales, account management, customer success or relationship/partner management experience
- You command the English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- You are willing to work in a fast-paced environment, you have an "always on" mentality (past startup experience is preferred though not strictly required)
**Our selection procedure in a nutshell**
The position reports to the VP of Transactions. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
